IBM, Warwick - excellent cut-off business lighting

Good Business lighting. Efficient, cheap and the light is blocked above the horizontal by these well designed fittings. Well done IBM.

It's not efficient at that height. Maybe it is cheap with a bowl it is refracted above the horizontal causing the same effect better than most but not great.
