Worcester Rugby Ground - badly aimed floodlights

Worcester 6 Ways Rugby Ground. This is one example of about 30 lighting units, all of which are configured as above.
When driving down the A440 from j6 of the M5, this is on the rhs and the back of this building [picture #16] is on the left - at night time this seriously dazzles from both directions and is *extremely* dangerous.

You should have seen the al Ettihad stadium in Jeddah! I had the misfortune of having to live near this facility in 1995/1996. I estimated that it blasted out about half a megawatt every time twenty-two intellectual degenerates tried to kick around a leather bag.
