Culloden Moor Pub - glaring floodlight pollution

This was taken from the Highlands Astronomical Society observatory at Culloden Moor Oct 2005. The light is from the local pub car park which is approx 1/4 mile away. Stunning eh? With good eyesight you can actually read by this light. The other bright light (top right) is Mars
