Rapsons Orkney - blinding glaring floodlights

This is a night-time photo of the same Rapsons, Kirkwall bus park featured in picture #44. The floodlights, which appears to be asymmetric, are tilted so high that little of the light produced actually shines where needed - down on the ground. Most is wasted as dazzling glare shining out of Kirkwall to the West and into the sky. These lights are left on 24 hours a day.
