Misaligned floodlight at Resolis Hall

This asymmetric floodlight has been tilted too high, so that the beam angle is parallel to the ground. Tilting down to about 15 degrees above the horizontal would give better lighting of the carpark, and would also prevent this wasted light dazzling drivers coming down the nearby hill.
