Searchlight Light Pollution, Swinton, Sheffield

Searchlight linked to a travelling fair sited next to Meadowhall shopping centre.
The light from these devices indiscriminately and unnecessarily pollute the night sky, they are visually intrusive and cause a distraction which is never a good thing-particularly alongside the M1 motorway.

The light from this one was seen from my home town of Swinton which is a distance of approximately seven miles. Sheffield City Council, take heed.
