Rousay Community School - dazzling exterior lights

Recently the Orkney Islands Council extended the local Community School on Rousay. Without any consultation with me (the school is one mile north on my Magnetic & Auroral Observatory meridian!) they installed exterior lights that can only be described as diabolical.
